Special Recipes of Delicious Lady Fingers :
- 3-4 heaping teaspoon of Crispy Fish Chili
- 1 Onion, Sliced
- 15 prawns, remove shell and marinate the prawns with 1 tsp of sugar and 1tsp sesame oil for at least 30mins.
- 20 small lady fingers, sliced thinly
- 100ml water
- ½ tsp salt
- Heat Up Wok
- Add 3-4 heaping teaspoon of Crispy Fish Chili.
- Add sliced onion and stir-fry.
- Add marinated prawns. Mixed well.
- Add sliced lady fingers and keep on stir fry.
- Add 100ml water. (Add more when necessary but add gradually)
- Feel free to add 1 tsp more Crispy Fish Chili. I love spicy.
- Taste it. Add more salt if needed.
- I add about ½ tsp salt.
- Cook until lady finger soften.
- Remove and serve with warm rice.
