Special Recipes of Delicious Lady Fingers : 

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 heaping teaspoon of Crispy Fish Chili
  • 1 Onion, Sliced
  • 15 prawns, remove shell and marinate the prawns with 1 tsp of sugar and 1tsp sesame oil for at least 30mins.
  • 20 small lady fingers, sliced thinly
  • 100ml water
  • ½ tsp salt

Method:

  1. Heat Up Wok
  2. Add 3-4 heaping teaspoon of Crispy Fish Chili.
  3. Add sliced onion and stir-fry.
  4. Add marinated prawns. Mixed well.
  5. Add sliced lady fingers and keep on stir fry.
  6. Add 100ml water. (Add more when necessary but add gradually)
  7. Feel free to add 1 tsp more Crispy Fish Chili. I love spicy.
  8. Taste it. Add more salt if needed.
  9. I add about ½ tsp salt.
  10. Cook until lady finger soften.
  11. Remove and serve with warm rice.
