- 2 Lbs Beef Liver
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tsp Margarine Or Butter
- 1-1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Cups Beef Broth
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbs Salt
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder

- Slice beef liver into smaller pieces.
